Ratings Refresh from the rest of the world:  The winter upgrades in FUT 19 go into the final round. On 24.2 EA Sports released the last rating refresh basket. With the “Rest of the World” ends the rating refresh.

The Best Rest of the World Upgrades: A superior player over 90 is out of action this time. But there are several solid players with ratings in the mid-80s, such as Bruno Fernandes (84) and Ziyech (84). There are also many players with rating 83.

New cards replace old ones in the packs: As soon as the winter upgrade cards appear, they can be pulled in the sets. The only requirement is that the set can contain players. The “old” cards of each player are from this moment no longer found in the sets.

What happens to my old card? If you already own a player’s card that is upgraded, it will remain unchanged. It will not be updated automatically. If you want the player’s card with improved attributes, you have to draw them from a set.
