Fallout 76: Player Collects 900 Hours Of Ammunition, Bethesda Congratulates And Exorcises Him

A player in the online RPG Fallout 76 has invested 900 hours and spends his time searching the end-time world for ammunition, which he then collects. After Bethesda congratulated him on this achievement, he was promptly banned.

It is not easy for Bethesda to find cheaters in the Fallout 76 online game. This shows a situation where a player was simply suspended after 900 hours of ammunition picking.

900 hours of games are followed by a ban

According to his own information, the player Glorf12 900 hours to find as much ammunition in the game world of Fallout 76 to find and then hoard – why not? Bethesda even congratulated him on that. But then the shock followed. His account has been blocked. He received an e-mail from the support informing him that he had violated the terms and conditions of the game. He exploited a vulnerability in the system to duplicate items.

Glorf12 denies this. He explains that he has painstakingly collected ammunition by regular means. He was assisted by bandolier Perk, who weighs 90 percent less ammunition. He hopes for a clarification, but so far nothing has happened and his account is still locked. The community of Fallout 76 is on his side and tries to help with tips. At the moment Glorf12 has no choice but to wait for a response from the support team and to hope that his account will be activated soon.

Nintendo Is Working On a smaller and cheaper Switch

The Japanese manufacturer is expected to launch a smaller version of its successful console this summer.

Over 32 million pieces of its game console Switch has sold Nintendo so far. Now, the Japanese group is planning a smaller and cheaper version of the device, reports Engadget, citing the Japanese business paper Nikkei Report.

The smaller version of the switch should focus on mobility, according to suppliers and game developers. For some functions could be omitted. Ars Technica speculates that the console’s plastic dock could be eliminated and the screen size reduced. The mini-switch is expected to hit the market in the summer of 2019, according to the Nikkei Report.

Recently, there have been rumors that Nintendo is planning a new version of its Success Console to prevent the device from losing its momentum in the marketplace. A smaller version could serve exactly this purpose.

Sony’s in-house game developers are focusing on the PlayStation 5. titles like Last of Us 2 might just be for the new generation.

Sony’s in-house developer studios will soon focus on the PlayStation 5, according to analyst Daniel Ahmad, who is usually well-informed. According to him, “the PlayStation 5 developer kits are already out there” and he “heard good things about them”. Sony owns numerous well-known developers under the umbrella brand SIE Worldwide Studios, including Naughty Dog (Uncharted, Last of Us), Polyphony (Gran Turismo), Santa Monica Studio (God of War), Guerrilla Games (Horizon, Killzone) and Japan Studio ( Shadow of the Colossus, Gravity Rush).

However, Ahmad does not expect that Sony will announce a PlayStation 5 quickly because you can still achieve good sales with this generation of game console. First rumors about next-generation titles are likely to give the Games Developers Conference, which takes place from 18 to 22 March in San Francisco. Sony previously confirmed that they are working on the PlayStation 5.

IGN speculates that many previously announced titles may also be released for PlayStation 5. Bethesda, for example, has already announced that Elder Scrolls VI and the space RPG Starfield are planned for the next generation of consoles. But also titles such as CD Projects Cyberpunk 2077, The Last of Us 2 and the reissue of Final Fantasy 7 should only land on the PlayStation 5. This could also apply to the action-adventure Ghost of Tsushima, developed by “Infamous” creator Sucker Punch, as well as Beyond Good & Evil 2, Nioh 2 and the Marvel title Avengers Project.

According to rumors, could Sony but Microsoft with a revised Xbox and a streaming service for video games forestall? The service should become a ” Netflix for video games ” and also be able to run with simple hardware.
