It is one of best game which is getting popularity day by day. That is why the company decides to increase the staff. Below is detail about it.

The staff of CD Projekt RED has increased by 60% since the end of The Witcher 3.

The director of investor relations for the video game division CD Projekt (estimated at around 24 billion zlotys) assures that this “exodus” had no impact on the pace of work of the development team of Cyberpunk 2077. Composed of 300-350 people dispersed in Warsaw and Krakow last August, it has grown in a few months, including the acquisition of Strange New Things (now CD Projekt RED Wroclaw), at the point of to reach more than 400 developers. It is thus officially 60% larger than that of The Witcher 3. Indeed, “only” 250 people had contributed to the most significant success of the company structure.

Witcher 3 and Cyberpunk 2077 employs

Cyberpunk 2077 employs 60% more employees than The Witcher 3, according to Stock Watch, one of the famous investment magazines, in the context of the departure of Sebastien Stepien (Creative Director recently left at Blizzard Entertainment). The review also indicates that the absence of Stepien will not affect the development process of Cyberpunk 2077 in the future. No less than 400 developers are indeed on the project against 250 on The Witcher 3. So it is assumed that the company will grow more in the future.

The expectations of the new game are huge. From a technical point of view, the developer wants to achieve the quality of Red Dead Redemption 2 at least. Currently, the title is playable from beginning to end, but so far, there is still no release date. The release is still expected for PC, PS4 and Xbox One, but the surprises of the next generation cannot be ruled out at the moment.

The statement confirms what was already suspected; Stépie’s departure will not be a setback for the project. The game is probably in the final stages of development, while most of the creative director’s contribution has been essential in the early stages. If the game has a team of over 400 developers working on it, it looks like the game is in many competent hands. In comparison, the Witcher 3: Wild Hunt development team was closer to 250 people.

Like The Witcher before him, Cyberpunk 2077 wants to focus on the writing of quests, the freedom of action and the multitude of possible approaches to the entire game.

Marrying the transhumanistic theme of the screenplay, the game will propose including install on his hero, various utilities (claws for the climb to the scan lens through a palm to have real-time information on his armed) and a lot of other things.
